Click on zilpay browser extension

Click on the top right circle colored icon (in this case its the red/orange blue yellow icon) and you will see this

take out your ledger nano connect to your PC > unlock > navigate to the ZIL app and open the app in your ledger nano

Select ledger and make sure index of HD wallet = 0 > Click import and you are done!

Final result, ledger 0 should appear like so
